History
1995-1996
Begining of Pacific Ice and Greater Vancouver Precision. Thanks to Marg Evans and Gloria Nidzgorski, a Senior Team was formed with coaches Leslie Rupp and Dee Dee Randorf.
1996-1997
Addition Of the Pacific Ice Rockettes Adult with Coach Blair koski. The Senior team lost coach Leslie Rupp and added Susie Hanham. In October of that year Junior teams White Rock and Coquitlam joined Pacific Ice with coach Diane Knutson and Blair Koski.
Greater Vancouver Precision Now included Junior, Senior and Adult.
1997-1998
In the summer of 1997 we saw a rocky start "NO COACHES", When one door closes another opens. We secured Jennifer Cummings as the Adult and Junior coach. We no longer had a senior team with 95% of our skaters able to compete on Junior and Adult.
1998-1999
Pacific Ice continued with its Adult and Junior Teams with the teams traveling to Montreal for Nationals.
1999-2000
Pacific Ice changes to the "Festival" stream, with an Adult and Open team.
2000-2001
Pacific Ice introduces its first ever Novice Team! with Coach Danalee Harrison, and our skaters perform at the 2001 World Figure skating Championships.
2001-2002
Pacific Ice Open introduces the PI Mascots the "V's". This year includes Novice, Open, and adult teams!
2002-2003
Exciting News, Two Pacific Ice skaters compete at the 2003 World Synchronized skating Championships. Nori for Japan, and Marianne for Australia! A few Pacific Ice members went along to cheer them on! Pacific Ice Open goes Junior! Adult introduces a new coach Janet Faveri.
2003-2004
Pacific Ice Novice competes at their first National Competition!
2004-2005
All Pacific Ice teams compete at the 2005 Nationals! Danalee Harrison takes on the job of coaching both Adult and Novice.
2005-2006
We begin the year with a new Board, and a new look!
2006-2007
Pacific Ice continued the season with a Junior and Adult team. The Junior team competed at its first ever Rosebowl with a great showing. The Adult Team represented Pacific Ice at Nationals placing 12th overall.
2007-2008
We look forward to a great season, and hope to represent our home province at the BMO Festival Synchro Canadian Championships in Chilliwack B.C.
